Introduction to Triggers and Notification Center

Notifications in the Panoramic Power software appear when an incident related to a site's consumption or system status has occurred. To view events that pertain to a specific Site, navigate to the Operational tab from the Site Dashboard and select Site Alerts. To view notifications associated to you specifically across your entire scope, you can click on the bell icon in the upper right corner to view a summary and direct you to your Notification Center. The occurrence of incidents is based on Triggers set up in the Triggers user interface.
 
Triggers are set by administrators to alert on different incidents related to:

  • The consumption of specific devices

  • The state of specific devices, such as sensors and external meters

  • The status of the system and the Bridges

  • The consumption of the entire site
