Please note the Panoramic Power Bridge is not compatible with the Verizon cellular network as they use a different set of frequencies. All other major carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile are supported.

Can I perform Bridge MAC ID authentication for added security?

Yes, you can perform Bridge MAC ID authentication for added security. The Bridge MAC ID is obtained through the Bridge configuration management portal. Please note the Bridge contains two (2) MAC IDs, Ethernet MAC ID and WiFi MAC ID; ensure you log the correct MAC ID based on your network connectivity type.

The Bridge can not connect to the Panoramic Power URL. Is there an IP address I can use instead?
