For Sites For Devices

The Manual Export tool is available on the black Navigation bar under My tools, allowing you to produce a .CSV file containing the data of specific Device(s) or Site(s) in your scope at any given moment!

Click on Create new export to get started!

Provide a name for your Manual Export.

There are 2 ways to Manually Export data in this tool: For Sites (if applicable) and For Devices

For Sites

If your scope is for multiple accounts, an account, or multiple sites, you have the option to run a Manual Export for an entire site or multiple sites. Data to export for this setup is Power, Energy, or Cost (given that the sites selected have a Tariff applied to it).

The Date Range (with the time zone specified in parentheses) allows you to select the time range for the export. When hovering over each option, there will be a pop-up displaying exactly what that range is considering time and date:

You can also click on the Calendar icon next to the start and end dates to create a Specific Date range.

Once the Date Range is established, select the Data resolution you wish the Manual Export data to be.

Note: If you do not see the resolution you wish to manually export, adjust the date range to a shorter range to see if it populates then.

The pertinent fields will automatically populate given your scope, like Partner and Account. But if your scope has more than one option included, then you can select the dropdown and select the Account you wish to manually export from. The sites will be listed below and the total amount of sites will be shown as well. There is a maximum limit of 250 sites for a manual export.

For Visualize sites, they will need to be exported separately from Optimize sites.

If multiple sites are selected with different time zones, a warning pop-up will show up at the top of the configuration. You must then select which time zone to use in the export of the sites selected.

As you select your sites, you will see a CSV data sample to the right. This is a mock display of which rows and columns will populate and their structure. The data shown in the cells is not actual data from the server. You have the option in the upper right corner to Hide data sample as you create your manual export job in case it is too distracting.

For Devices

Data to export for this setup is Power, Energy, Current, Cost (given that the sites selected have a Tariff applied to it), and Voltage (for PAN-42 measured devices).

But if your scope has more than one option included, then you can select the dropdown and select the Account and Site you wish to manually export from. Open the Categories and Types to begin selecting which devices you want to include in the manual export file.

Note: If the Current data to export is selected, the manual export will show the Device level average current across a 3P/3S (three phase/three sensor) device.

As you select your devices, you will see a CSV data sample to the right. This is a mock display of which rows and columns will populate and their structure. The data shown in the cells is not actual data from the server. You have the option in the upper right corner to Hide data sample as you create your manual export job in case it is too distracting.

Once finished, click on Start Export

The page will begin generating your export job so you will see the Status column update on when it is Ready to download.

They'll be saved for 48 hours for you to download multiple times once created. They will be deleted after 48 hours.

You can Search in your Manual Export table by name.
