Metrics Overview & Dashboard

To access the Status Page, click the question mark icon in the top-right corner, then select System Status.

In cases when the platform is inaccessible, you can visit the Status Page at this URL: https://status.powerradar.energy/posts/dashboard

The Status Page is publicly accessible to provide real-time information about the operational status, uptime, and any ongoing issues or outages of the service.

At the top of the Status Page, you'll see the dashboard, which displays the current operational status of all our services.

Status Indicator & Uptime Statistics

Each service is listed with a corresponding status indicator, such as 'Operational,' 'Partial Outage' or 'Outage'.

The Uptime rate is a metric given over the last 30 days. This section visually represents service availability, helping you gauge our services' reliability and performance.

To view the system's services status prior to the last 30 days, navigate to the system status history at the bottom of the page.

Types of Posts

The Status Page features two main types of interference posts: Maintenance and Incident. Maintenance posts cover scheduled activities and their impact, while Incident posts detail unexpected issues, affected services, and resolution updates.

To view details of Maintenance or Incidents, whether ongoing or in the past, click on the details link.

You will find a chronological list with timestamps, descriptions, and status updates, helping you understand service disruptions.

Real Time Updates & Customer Support

For real-time notifications, you can subscribe to updates by clicking on the 'Subscribe to Updates' button in the top right corner.

You can choose to receive notifications via email, Slack, or webhook, ensuring you stay informed about any changes in our system's service status.

If you need further assistance or have any questions, the 'Contact Support' section provides contact details for our support team.

If all else, submit a support ticket.
