Managing Alerts

Notification Center

You can access the alerts pertaining to a given site by navigating to Site Alerts on the navigation menu on the Site Dashboard or you can view all of the alerts you are registered to as a recipient in the Notification Center, accessible through the Bell icon in the upper right corner of any page on the platform.

Site Alerts

Similarly, to the Notification Center, you can view all of the triggers that are associated to the site. The view is defaulted to the Active alerts, while the Done and All triggers views are also available. Alerts are being marked as ‘Done’ automatically after 24 hours. Filters allow for easier views by only viewing ones regarding their Date Triggers, Severity, and/or Status.
The feed is automatically sorted by date triggered but you can update the sorting to a different method to either Alphabetically by Title, Severity, or Status.
Clicking on any trigger brings up their History details to the right. The search function is above the Alert History and can also help focus even deeper the Site Alerts you want to view and manage.
If you are a registered recipient of the site’s trigger, you can dismiss the trigger from here, saving yourself time from doing it from the Notifications Center. Otherwise, it will be a read only view.
