You can enter a sensor or Bridge serial number for configuration and installation purposes by navigating to a Site's Deployment Tool and create the Zone, Panel, and Device the sensor is installed in and on. Your role type in the system must be set to “Deployer User” in order to access the Deployment Tool application.

For comprehensive guidance on this process, refer to the Software Deployment Guide section of the Knowledge Base Center, which provides step-by-step instructions for precise sensor registration.

For searching purposes, you can enter the sensor or Bridge serial number into the Filter search bar located in your Site or Account Dashboard's Inventory section.
