The current measured on a PAN-42 does not match the current measured with a handheld current reading device OR doesn't match the PAN-14 current reading of the same device. Why is that?

When the PAN-42 current readings are inconsistent with expected values, please check the shorting breakers wiring on the current side. If in doubt, temporarily bypass the shorting breakers altogether and connect the CTs directly into the PAN-42 unit and reverify the current.
