  • Social media links — LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo
  • Legal links — Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy

Mobile View

On mobile devices, the navigation bar collapses into a hamburger menu. Tapping it opens a full-screen drawer with all the same navigation options, optimized for touch.

Registration

For first time users, you will receive an email that will initiate the registration process by following the "Complete Your Registration" link.

  1. To log in, access the software's homepage at https://powerradar.energy.
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and click Login.

Note: Password requirements

  • Length of 8 to 20 characters
  • Only English letters & symbols allowed
  • 1 alphabet character or more
  • 1 digit or more

  1. For Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provide a phone number that can receive SMS text messages to receive the MFA codes. If you do not have a phone number to set that can receive text messages, you can leave that field empty and then your MFA method will be via Email instead.

Logging In

Once logged in, you will see a dashboard based on your user's scope and permissions. You will also receive a welcome email with pertinent links that will help onboard you to the Panoramic Power software experience.

Notes:

Users with access to a single site will see their Site Dashboard when they log in.

Users with access to a single account or specific sites of an account will see their Account Dashboard when they log in listing all or their specific site scope.

You can navigate through the account dashboard to find the site of your interest. Then from the site's dashboard, you can start your analysis by first exploring the high-level statistics on the dashboard, and then making use of the Energy applications available for your site.

Account Dashboard

  1. Quick Search
This is at the top right of each screen. Using the Quick Search, you can search not only what's in the particular dashboard you're in, but also anything within your scope. So for example, if you're an account user, you can see all of the sites within your scope.
  2. Navigation Menu
Enables you to view and change settings of the entity in the context of the current dashboard. In Account Dashboard's case, where you can set account Triggers, view the Inventory of all of the hardware installed in your scope, setup automatic Reports, Auto-Export Jobs setup, Settings, Account Users, and Support Providers information.
  3. Summary Cards
Here you can find high-level statistics relevant to the scope of the current dashboard. This shows the summary for all entities visible in the dashboard.
  4. Filter and Sort
Enables you to find specific entities (accounts, sites) within the scope of the current dashboard. You can also sort those entities as well as show/hide inactive entities.
  5. Drill Down
You can drill down to the dashboard of the desired entity, by clicking the arrow at the bottom right of an entity card.
