App Updates When You Lose Connectivity Related Articles

App Updates

Occasionally, PowerRadar will prompt you to update the app before continuing.

When a new version is required, you'll see a Please Update screen. Tap Update Now to go directly to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), where you can download the latest version. Tap Later to dismiss the prompt and keep using the current version until the next time you open the app.

Note: If a version becomes required and the minimum is enforced, Later will no longer be available. Tap Update Now to continue.

Keeping the app up to date ensures you get the latest features, performance improvements, and security fixes.

When You Lose Connectivity

If your device loses its internet connection while using the app, PowerRadar shows an error screen with the heading Oops! Something Went Wrong.

You have two options:

  • Refresh - tries to reload the current screen. Use this once your connection is back.
  • Back to Login - returns you to the sign-in screen if you need to start a fresh session.

If the problem continues after reconnecting, tap Refresh again or use Contact support in Preferences to reach the support team.
