What It Shows
What is it?
The Summary widget is a snapshot of your site's info and deployment status - its address, managed load, and inventory counts - so you can quickly assess the overall health of your energy management system from your dashboard.
Why use it?
- Confirm your site's deployment footprint (sensors, power meters, bridges, and more) without visiting a separate inventory page.
- Choose exactly which fields matter to you - every field is individually toggle-able.
- See your managed load's trend at a glance, if you turn that option on.

Adding This Widget
In the Add widget picker, this widget's card is labeled "Summary" ("Get an overview of the site's managed load and inventory"). For the full two-step add flow and the box-cap counter, see Adding Widgets to Your Dashboard - and Sharing It.

Settings
Configure these in the Summary preferences window - Step 2 of adding the widget. Every field is its own toggle, all on by default:
Managed load
A toggle for your site's managed load (in kW). Includes a nested Include trend toggle, so you can choose whether to show a trend arrow and percentage alongside the value.
Sensors
A toggle for your site's sensor count.
Power meters
A toggle for your site's power meter count.
Bridges
A toggle for your site's bridge count. If your site has none deployed, the field is labeled "(Not installed)" but can still be shown as a tile reading 0.
Loggers
A toggle for your site's logger count, labeled "(Not installed)" the same way if none are deployed.
Meters
A toggle for your site's (non-power) meter count, labeled "(Not installed)" the same way if none are deployed.
Deployed devices
A toggle for your site's total deployed device count.

Note: The Live data preview on the right updates as you turn fields on and off - turning a field off removes its tile from the grid entirely and the remaining tiles re-flow to fill the space, rather than leaving a gap.
Reading the Widget
Once placed on your dashboard, the widget shows:
- Your site's address at the top.
- A grid of tiles below it, one per field you've turned on - each with its own icon (for example a lightning bolt for Managed load, a plug icon for Deployed devices).
- If Include trend is on for Managed load, that tile also shows a trend arrow and percentage (for example 576 kW ↗1.6%).
Things to Know
- Every field is optional, and there are no hidden defaults. Unlike most other widgets, Summary is entirely made up of individually toggleable fields - there's no fixed "core" content.
- "Not installed" fields still show a tile. Bridges, Loggers, and Meters read "(Not installed)" in the settings panel when your site has none deployed, but the tile itself still appears on the widget (showing 0) unless you turn it off.
- Turning a field off reflows the grid, so the remaining tiles fill the space rather than leaving an empty slot.
