Clearer TimeView Chart Tooltips No More Downgrade Notices - Keeping Your Optimize Subscription Is Now on You Account Home: Sites and Energy Insights Are Now One List

Clearer TimeView Chart Tooltips

What changed

We've reworked the tooltip you see when hovering over a TimeView chart, so it stays readable no matter how complex your chart is.

The tooltip now handles:

  • Long site and device names - names no longer get cut off or crowd out other tooltip text.
  • Phase labels - when a device has multiple phases, the phase now shows in both the chart legend and the tooltip.
  • Duplicate measurement types - if you add the same measurement more than once with different overrides (for example, two Power Factor series on the same device), the tooltip now labels each one with a short initial - like PF for Power Factor, RP for Reactive Power, or AP for Apparent Power - so you can tell them apart.
  • Mixed chart types - tooltips read correctly when a chart combines bar and line series.
  • Units - every value in the tooltip shows its unit.

Why it matters

If you track several devices, phases, or measurement types on one chart, you can now hover over any point with confidence - the tooltip tells you exactly which series you're looking at, instead of a wall of unlabeled numbers.

No More Downgrade Notices - Keeping Your Optimize Subscription Is Now on You

What changed

Previously, if an Optimize account's subscription lapsed, PowerRadar automatically:

  • Showed an in-app warning pop-up 60 days, 30 days, and 1 day before the downgrade.
  • Sent email notifications about the upcoming downgrade.
  • Downgraded the account from Optimize to Visualize automatically.

Those automatic warnings and the automatic downgrade have both been removed. Your account now stays on Optimize past its subscription end date - but you will no longer see any pop-up or receive any email reminding you that renewal is due.

Note: Because the automated reminders are gone, it's now on you to track your subscription renewal date and reach out to your PowerRadar contact to keep paying for Optimize. This does not affect demo accounts, which continue to revert automatically at the end of the demo period.

Why it matters

You won't be interrupted by downgrade pop-ups or emails anymore - but that also means nothing will prompt you if your subscription lapses. Staying on Optimize now depends on renewing on your own schedule, not on a system reminder.

Account Home: Sites and Energy Insights Are Now One List

What changed

The Account → Home page previously showed two separate tabs over the same list of sites - Sites and Energy Insights. Those tabs have been replaced with a single, unified table.

The combined table includes: Site Name, Address (country folded in), Facility, Package, Managed Load, Deployed Devices, Bridges, Offline Bridges, Loggers, Sensors, and Alerts.

Two things are new in this view:

  • Site Name shows an underline and brand-color highlight on hover, signaling that it links through to the site dashboard.
  • Hovering over an Address shows a map preview of the site location. Clicking the preview opens the full interactive map in a new tab.

The site-level ⋮ menu (Settings, Delete Site) works the same as before.

Why it matters

You no longer switch between two tabs to see the same sites with different columns - everything is in one table, and you can preview a site's location without leaving the page.
