Command Prompt Approach

You can Download the Log file by putting the Bridge into Configuration Mode and connecting your laptop to the Bridge with an ethernet cable. Open a browser and type 10.0.0.10 into the URL.

Note: If this page isn't loading and/or the Ethernet cable light on the Bridge doesn't have one light solid and the other flashing at the port, try disabling the Wi-Fi capability (Airplane mode) and try again.

Once you are in the Configuration Tool, click on the Bridge Configuration tab and click the "Download Log" button. Once downloaded, the tool will ask you if you would like to Clear the Log File. This is recommended as all future log files can be cleaner to analyze.

Command Prompt Approach

Below you can find the instruction of how to pull your Bridge logs:

  1. Disconnect the PC from all communication (Bluetooth WI-FI etc.)
  2. Connect the PC to the Bridge and enter config mode (it is important since the Bridge is now active as a DHCP server) same way you configure the Bridge
  3. Open command line console
  4. Type ipconfig
  5. If you see the default gateway of 10.0.0.13 you are able to connect the Bridge
  6. If you cannot see then type: ipconfig /release
  7. After the operation is done type ipconfig/renew
  8. After the operation is done you will see the right default gateway
  9. Type telnet 10.0.0.10
  10. You will see this screen, illustrated in the first image
  11. Hold Shift and hit “?”
  12. Type the letter "d" (NOT capital D since it is a different option)
  13. Then the log will start printing on your screen until it will be done (second image shows what the last line should look like when it is done)
  14. Copy the log using right click on the CMD and then Edit -> Select all -> Ctrl c and copy it to a notepad or word or any other text editor
