Revamped Custom Report Request Form

What changed?

The Request your custom report form has been significantly improved. It replaces a single free-text field with a structured brief that covers everything your support team needs to scope, quote, and kick off your report - before the kickoff call.

Note: Custom reports are available for Optimize sites only. The Site picker in the form shows only Optimize sites you have access to.

How to open the form:

Go to Reports in the sidebar, click + Add Report, and select Request Custom report from the dropdown. The form is available at both Site level and Account level - open it from a site to scope a single-site report, or from your account to cover multiple sites.

What's in the form:

The essentials - the fields your support team needs to triage and quote:

  • Report scope (required) - Single site (One location), Multi-site (Across several sites), or Not sure (We'll help you decide). Your selection controls how the Site picker behaves.
  • Site - pick the site or sites the report should cover. Only Optimize sites appear here.
  • Devices - select all that apply: All, Meters, Sensors.
  • Values - select all that apply: Energy, Power, Voltage, Current, Temperature, and more.
  • Frequency of execution (required, marked Key info) - Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. An inline notice reminds you: "This is a preference, not a schedule - Tell us the cadence you're aiming for. Your Support Provider will confirm and set it up after the kickoff. Submitting this form does not schedule delivery."
  • Historical data window - the time range each report run should cover. Separate from how often the report runs.
  • Output format - PDF or CSV.
  • High-level data display - Text, Table, Bar graph, Line graph, KPI tiles (select all that apply).

Anything else? - a free-text field for context, edge cases, or special requests.

Attach a sketch or reference (optional) - drag and drop or browse to upload up to 3 files (png, jpg, jpeg, gif, webp, pdf, docx, doc, txt, csv, xlsx, xls), up to 10 MB each.

How should we reach you? - Name and Email are pre-filled from your profile. Phone number is optional.

Auto-save and draft. Your answers save automatically as a private draft in your browser as you type. Nothing is sent to support until you click Submit request. The draft is deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

What happens when you submit. Clicking Submit request creates a support ticket with your brief. Your Support Provider will follow up by email to confirm the scope and schedule the kickoff call.

Device Configuration Guard - 3P/1S to 3P/3S Conversion

PowerRadar now blocks converting a device from 3P/1S (three-phase, one sensor) to 3P/3S (three-phase, three sensors). When you attempt this conversion, a pop-up explains the issue and blocks the action. If you need a 3P/3S device, create a new device instead.
