Request a new Custom Report

We are now offering new Custom Reports tailored for your needs.

What is it?

For users that require more sophisticated and customized reports beyond what is currently available with the basic reports functionality, we provide a service of report development based on the individual needs of our users. Once created, the reports run automatically at any frequency that the user decides.

How does it work?

  1. A session with a member of our professional services team to gather report requirements based on any parameters and data captured in the software.
  2. Our BI team can get quite creative with data and will generate the most valuable report based on the requirements provided. We have already seen through customer trials that these reports enable our customers to make better and quicker business decisions through enhanced visibility of their energy and operational KPIs.
  3. As with the off-the-shelf reports, receive those reports automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to any number of recipients.

What custom reports can be created?

Here is a non-exhaustive list of example KPIs and associated reports that we can provide

  • Device Group analysis
  • Production data vs. Consumption
  • Device/ group of device(s) run time
  • Full Load Amperage (FLA) analysis
  • Device Idling
  • Peak usage
  • Multi- site benchmarking
  • Temperature/Enthalpy HVAC analysis
  • Utility Meters (Power, Energy, Flow, Volume)
  • Energy Generation vs. Consumption
  • Energy usage per time period
  • Carbon tracking
  • Energy forecasting
  • Tenant billing
  • And much more...

Request a new Custom Report

From the platform, you can submit a request to setup a custom report, from the Site Dashboard, click on Reports and then click on the +Add Report button to then click on Request Custom Report:

Your name and email will automatically populate to the ones associated to your user but feel free to update these fields with more accurate ones.

When entering your phone number, please select the proper country from the dropdown menu to apply the country code OR if you paste the entire phone number into the field with the +country code included in the beginning, the flag will auto-update to the proper country provided with the country code.

Finally, write up a summary of the requirements you are looking for this custom report. Include all of the pertinent details like what KPIs, what style you would like to see this data, what frequency to generate and deliver this report, etc.

Once finished, click on Submit Request. Your Support Provider will be notified that you are requesting a Custom Report and follow up with you by email or phone number to schedule a session to collect all your details and provide a quote.
