What It Shows

What is it?

The 7 Days Meters & Sensors Data widget is a week-over-week view of readings from a non-electric meter or sensor you choose - flow, temperature, pressure, gas, heat, and similar - the same kind of week-long chart the Last 7 Days widget gives you for power, but for any other meter on your site.

Why use it?

• Track a week of activity for a specific non-electric meter, right on your dashboard.
• Spot trends over a full week instead of just the current reading.
• Focus a dashboard box on exactly the meter type that matters for this site.

Adding This Widget

In the Add widget picker, this widget's card is labeled "7 days meters & sensors data" ("Easily track the last 7-day data of meters and sensors, (e.g. flow, temperature, pressure, etc.)"). This is a Medium widget - taking up 2 boxes on your dashboard page.

Connecting a Meter

Like Real-Time Meters & Sensors Data, this widget doesn't work until it's pointed at a specific meter. Until you add one, both the Add widget preview and the widget itself show: “This widget is not associated with any meter. Update widget preferences or remove this widget”

Click + Add meters in the preferences panel to open the Select meters side panel, listing your site's meters grouped by category (for example Gas and Heat). Check one to select it.

Note: You can select more than one meter, but only from the same group. Trying to mix meters from different groups (for example one Gas meter and one Heat meter) shows an error: "The selected meters belong to different groups. Please select meters of the same group."

Show trends

A single toggle, on by default, adding a trend arrow and percentage next to the Consumed total (for example 43.1 MWh ↗17.4%). Turned off, the widget shows the total on its own with no comparison.

Reading the Widget

Once a meter is selected and placed on your dashboard, the widget shows:

• The meter's name as a tag next to the widget title.
• A 7-day area chart, scaled to the meter's own unit, plotting a week of readings (for example Fri through Thu).
• An Off-hours toggle next to the scope, letting you shade off-hours periods on the chart - the same as the Last 7 Days widget.
• A Consumed total for the period (for example 43.1 MWh), with a trend arrow and percentage if Show trends is on (for example ↗17.4%).
• A Cost figure for the period (for example 0€ if the meter isn't tied to a cost rate).

This mirrors the Last 7 Days widget's layout closely, just scoped to the non-electric meter you selected instead of site power.

Things to Know

• A meter is required, just like Real-Time Meters & Sensors Data- this widget can't be added without selecting at least one.
• It's built like the Last 7 Days widget, scoped to one meter. Same layout - chart, Off-hours toggle, Consumed total, Cost - just tied to the non-electric meter you select instead of site-wide power.
• Multi-select is limited to one group at a time. If you need to show meters from different categories, add separate widgets.
