Bulk Actions: Change Many Triggers at Once

What changed
You can now select several triggers in the Triggers lobby and change them all in one go. Turn them on or off, change their severity, or update who gets notified - without opening each trigger. On account-level triggers, you can also add or remove bridges in bulk.
Why it matters
Until now, every change was made one trigger at a time. When a new team member joined, or a new bridge was installed, someone had to open every relevant trigger and edit it by hand. Now it's one change, applied to as many triggers as you select.
How It Works
- Open the Triggers lobby for a site or an account.
- Tick the checkbox next to each trigger you want to change. A selection bar appears, showing how many triggers are selected and the actions you can use.
- Choose an action, set the details in the panel that opens, and apply it.
- Check the result. PowerRadar shows what happened to each trigger, including any that were skipped or couldn't be changed.
To start over, click Clear selection.
What You Can Change
- Turn on or off. Switch the selected triggers on or off. Only complete, inactive triggers can be turned on - drafts and triggers that are already on are skipped.
- Severity. Set one severity level for all selected triggers, including drafts. Nothing else on the trigger changes.
-
Recipients. Choose how you want to change the recipient list:
- Add - adds the people you pick to every selected trigger, with the email and mobile push settings you choose. If someone is already a recipient, their email and push settings are updated to match. Everyone else stays as they were.
- Replace - replaces the whole recipient list on every selected trigger with the people you pick. Anyone not on your new list is removed.
- Remove - removes the people you pick from every selected trigger. Everyone else, and their settings, stay as they were.
- Bridges (account-level triggers only). Add bridges to the selected triggers, or remove them. Adding keeps every bridge a trigger already watches. When removing, you'll only see bridges that are on at least one of the selected triggers.

Good to Know
- Removing the last recipient turns the trigger off. If removing someone leaves a trigger with no recipients, that trigger is switched off, and you'll see a warning listing the affected triggers.
- A trigger needs at least one bridge. You can't remove the last bridge from an account-level trigger.
- Account and site triggers are separate. Bulk actions in the account lobby only change account-level triggers - not the site-level triggers inside that account.
- Some triggers may not change. A trigger you can't edit, for example because of its site's package, is reported as not changed, while the rest of your selection goes through.
- Limits per action. You can change up to 1,000 triggers at once, and add or remove up to 100 recipients or bridges at a time.
- Lost connection? If your connection drops while a bulk action is running, refresh the page before trying again - some changes may already be saved.
Trigger Defaults: Start Every New Trigger Ready to Go

What changed
Each site now has Trigger defaults - a saved set of notification settings that every new trigger on that site starts with. Set them once, and the next time anyone creates a trigger on that site, the form opens already filled in.
Why it matters
Most triggers on a site go to the same people, at the same severity. Instead of entering those details again on every new trigger, you set them once and spend your time on what's different about each trigger - its conditions.
What a Default Includes
- Severity. The severity level new triggers start with.
- Recipients. The people to notify, each with their own email and mobile push settings. A recipient with both turned off still sees the alerts in PowerRadar.
- TimeView. Whether alerts are logged as events on the TimeView timeline.
- Event labels. One or more labels for those events. You can choose existing labels or create your own.
Setting Your Site's Defaults
- Open the Triggers lobby for the site.
- Click Trigger defaults.
- Choose the severity, recipients, TimeView setting and event labels you want new triggers to start with.
- Click Save.
To remove the site's defaults, click Clear defaults, then Save. Clicking Cancel keeps your current defaults.
Good to Know
- Only new triggers are affected. Saving defaults doesn't change any trigger that already exists. To update existing triggers, use the bulk actions above.
- Defaults are shared with everyone on the site. When you save, you're changing what your colleagues' new triggers start with too. The panel reminds you of this before you save.
- You can still change anything. A new trigger starts with the defaults, but you can edit any of its settings before saving. This doesn't change the defaults.
- Site triggers only. Each site has its own defaults. Account-level triggers don't use them.
- People who leave are removed. If a user is deleted, or loses access to the site, they're no longer added to new triggers from the defaults.
Improvements and Fixes
Smaller Improvements
- Clearer dropdowns. A dropdown with a selected value now matches the rest of PowerRadar's design, instead of turning blue.
- The Invite User form stays put. Choosing a Scope when inviting a user no longer makes the whole form disappear and reload for a moment.
Bug Fixes
- Compare tooltips match the right day. In TimeView compare mode, comparing months of different lengths now matches days by date (for example, June 30 with May 30).
- The first date on the chart is fully visible. The first label on the TimeView X-axis is no longer cut off at the left edge.
- The Shortcuts tooltip is readable again. In TimeView, the Shortcuts tooltip now shows its full content instead of a black strip.
- Correct "Status change" times. On the Bridges & Loggers page, the Status change time (and the matching CSV export) now shows the correct site-local time. Previously, it could be off by the site's time difference from UTC.
- Site Add-ons display correctly. The Site Add-ons list now displays properly when the side panel is open.
