To upgrade the Bridge in person, you will need the upgrade firmware file (.fw)(available upon request by submitting a support ticket), a USB drive of 8GB memory size or less (for Bridges on firmware version starting with 4), the Bridge, its power supply, an ethernet cable, and a computer/laptop.

For Bridges on firmware v676 or higher, you will upgrade the Bridge via the Configuration Tool instead of USB.

View the guide below on the detailed instructions on how to Upgrade a Bridge.

If an in-person upgrade is not working, please submit a support ticket to request a Remote Firmware Upgrade. You will need to ensure the "Enable remote upgrade" checkbox is checked in the Configuration Settings of the Bridge and that the Bridge is online in order to complete this remote upgrade.
