Your Site Dashboard at a Glance
The site dashboard is your home screen for a site - live power, open alerts, and energy trends in one scrollable view.
Table of Contents
Note: The site dashboard requires the Optimize package. If you open a Visualize site, you will see the upgrade screen instead. See What "Optimize" Unlocks on Mobile.
What the Site Dashboard Shows
The site dashboard answers three questions at a glance:
what is happening at the site right now, is anything wrong, and how does recent consumption compare to normal.
It is built as a vertical stack of widgets - self-contained cards, each covering one aspect of the site. Scroll down to move from real-time data at the top to historical trends at the bottom.

Opening the Dashboard
How you reach the dashboard depends on your account:
- Multi-site users - browse to a site from your account or partner view, or find it with the Search tab, then tap the site row. Optimize sites open straight into the dashboard. Use Back in the tab bar (or the back arrow in the header) to return to the site list.
- Single-site users - the app opens directly into your site.
Inside a site, the bottom tab bar switches between Dashboard, Time View, and Events. The site name stays in the header at the top of the screen.
The Widget Stack
The dashboard shows these widgets, top to bottom.
- Summary - count cards for your managed load and deployed hardware, with the site address.
- Real-time power consumption - a live gauge of the site's power draw right now, with energy totals for the last 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days.
- Site alerts - open alerts by severity, plus a 7-day breakdown.
- Last 7 days Power - the site's power over the past week.
- Largest Consumers - the categories using the most energy, ranked.
- Actual VS Average - today's consumption against the historical average and the expected projection.
- Historical Trends - monthly consumption for the site and each device, with a year-over-year Compare mode.
Heads up: Widgets that need sensor data are hidden when the site has no sensors. If your dashboard shows fewer widgets than listed here, that is expected - not an error.
Refreshing the Data
Pull down anywhere on the dashboard to refresh all widgets. Most widgets also have a refresh icon in their top-right corner to reload that widget alone.
Some widgets update on their own - the Site alerts widget refreshes every 5 minutes. The Measurement time under the real-time gauge shows when its last reading was taken.
