Signing In to PowerRadar App
How to get into the PowerRadar mobile app - whether your account uses a password, MFA, or SSO.
Table of Contents
Download the App
- iOS: Download on the App Store
- Android: Get it on Google Play
Step 1: Enter Your Work Email
Open PowerRadar and tap the Work email field. Enter your work email address, then check the box to agree to Panoramic Power's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Tap Continue.

Note: PowerRadar requires a work email. Entering a personal address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) will show an error - use the email your administrator invited you with.
Step 2: Authenticate
The app detects your organization's sign-in method and routes you automatically. There are three possible paths.
Password
Enter your Password and tap Sign In.

Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password?, enter your email address, and tap Submit. PowerRadar sends a reset link to your inbox - follow it, set a new password, and sign in.
Password + MFA
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds a second step after your password.
- Enter your Password and tap Sign In.
- A 6-digit code is sent to your phone by SMS.
- Enter the code and tap Verify

Codes expire after 10 minutes. If yours has expired - or hasn't arrived - tap Resend.
SSO
If your organization uses single sign-on, you won't enter a password in the app itself.
After tapping Continue on the email screen, PowerRadar opens your identity provider in a secure in-app browser. Sign in with your organization's credentials. Once you're authenticated, you're returned to the app automatically.
Note: SSO users cannot use the password path. If you see a password screen but believe your account uses SSO, contact your IT administrator.
Troubleshooting
- Error after entering your email. Make sure you're using your work email, not a personal address.
- "Invalid credentials." Your password is incorrect - tap Forgot password? to reset it.
- MFA code not arriving. Check your phone signal and wait a moment, then tap Resend. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
- SSO browser won't load. Check your connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact your IT administrator.
