TimeView Assistant (Beta): See the Answer on the Chart

What changed
The TimeView Assistant can now show you the data behind its answers. When an answer can be shown on a chart, it ends with an orange link that says what it opens - for example View phase T last week. Click it, and the chart opens in its own AI tab, already set up with the right equipment, dates and measurement.
Why it matters
Finding the right devices and dates is the slowest part of working in TimeView. Now, when the Assistant tells you which device or phase drove a change, you can see it on the chart in one click and keep exploring from there.
How It Works
- Open TimeView and click the orange sparkle icon (Panoramic AI) at the top-right of the toolbar.
- Ask a question about your site, for example "When did phase T of Downstairs Main go above 5 amps last week?"
- If the answer can be shown on a chart, a link appears under it. Hover over the info icon next to the link to see exactly what it will open - the dates, the measurement and the equipment.
- Click the link. The view opens in a new AI tab next to your other tabs.
About the AI Tab

- Easy to spot. The AI tab has an orange sparkle icon and is named after what it shows - for example Oct 11-17: Downstairs Main phase T current. Hover over the tab to see the full name.
- Your other tabs stay as they are. The AI tab opens next to them, and you can switch back at any time.
- Already set up. The equipment is ticked in the tree, and the measurement and dates match the answer.
- An AI-managed view. As the note under the tabs says, applying another view replaces the chart in this tab. To keep a view, click Save preset.
- Change it as you like. Add a device, move the dates or switch measurement, as in any tab.
- One AI tab per conversation. Follow-up questions in the same conversation update the same AI tab, instead of opening a new one.
- It comes back with the conversation. Open a past chat from Conversation history and click its link - the AI tab opens again, on the same dates the answer was about.
Good to Know
- Fixed dates. The AI tab shows the exact dates the answer was about, not a rolling period like "Last 7 days". If you save it as a preset, change the period first if you want it to roll.
- Missing data shows as missing. If there's no data for the period, the chart says No data available for this period, and the answer explains that a zero isn't proof the equipment was off.
TimeView Assistant (Beta): Copy or Download Answer Tables

When an answer includes a table, two icons appear above it:
- Copy - copy the table as CSV or TSV, ready to paste into a spreadsheet.
- Download - save the table as a CSV or Markdown file.
TimeView Assistant (Beta): Find Equipment by Asking

What changed
You can now ask the Assistant to find equipment for you, in everyday language. Search devices, circuits, sensors, bridges and loggers by name, serial number, panel, phase and other details, and combine them to narrow the results. You can also ask which sensors have stopped reporting.
Why it matters
On a large site, finding the right equipment in the tree takes time. Now you can describe what you're looking for and keep going - the Assistant uses what it found in your next questions.
Try asking:
- "Find the sensor with serial 110419578 and tell me what it's connected to."
- "Show me all single-phase AC devices on the Upstairs Panel that have a PAN sensor."
- "List all circuits at this site with their phases."
- "Which sensors at this site haven't reported data in the last 24 hours?"
TimeView Assistant (Beta): Circuits and Current

What changed
The Assistant can now look inside a device - its circuits, phases and sensors - and answer questions about current (amps), alongside power, energy and cost.
Try asking:
- "Compare the current on Upstairs Main's three phases last week. Which phase was highest?"
- "When did phase T of Downstairs Main go above 5 amps last week?"
- "Which devices had the highest average current yesterday?"
- "Which hours yesterday had the highest average current on the Air Conditioner circuit?"
When you ask about a circuit or phase, the Assistant keeps track of it in follow-up questions, so you don't need to name it again.
Notes:
- Based on 15-minute averages. Threshold answers (like "above 5 A") are worked out from 15-minute averages, so short spikes inside an interval may not show. The Assistant says so in its answer, and points out any missing data.
- Site time. Times in answers are in the site's local time.
- Device current is an average. For a device, current is the average of its circuits, not their total.
- Not just PAN-42. Current is available for every sensor type that measures it.
Also fixed: weekly summaries now mention when usage or cost rose at the start of a period, instead of only describing where it leveled off.

Dashboards: A New Add Widget Window

What changed
The Add widget window has been redesigned. Widgets are now grouped into sections - Live, Trends, Cost and carbon, Site info and Text and media - and you can find one fast with Search widgets. Click a widget to see a preview and a short guide to reading it, before you add it.
Why it matters
Some widgets aren't self-explanatory. For example, the Real-time power gauge is scaled to the site's highest power in the last 7 days - something you couldn't tell from the old preview. Now every widget explains what it shows and what its numbers mean.
How It Works
- Open a site dashboard in edit mode and click Add widget.
- Browse the sections, or type in Search widgets. Each card shows the widget's name, what it's for, and what it can show - for example Site total, Groups, Categories, Devices or Meters and sensors.
- Click a widget. A details panel opens under it, with a preview on the left and, on the right:
- Shows - what the widget displays.
- How to read it - what the numbers, arrows and scales mean.
- Common uses - typical ways to use it.
- Can show - the kinds of data you can choose for it.
- Click Widget preferences to set it up, or click X (Close details) to keep browsing.

Good to Know
- Previews use sample data. The preview is filled in with example numbers, so you see the full widget before choosing devices or meters. Your own data appears once you add it.
-
Some examples of what the window explains:
- Open alerts - the two sides count different things. An alert raised last month and still open counts on the left, but not in the breakdown on the right.
- Real-time meters & sensors data - each gauge runs from zero to that meter's maximum range. Set the range in the widget settings when readings sit in a narrow band.
- Carbon footprint - the arrow compares the period with the one before. The line underneath shows the same emissions as the equivalent you chose in the widget settings.
- Coming soon. Cards marked Soon - such as Key metrics, Consumption heatmap, Cost and spend, Clock, World clock, Free text and Image - show what's on the way. They can't be added yet.
New Language: Portuguese

PowerRadar is now available in Português (Brazilian Portuguese). To switch:
- Open your Personal Preferences.
- Under Language Settings, choose Português from the Language list.
- Click Apply language. The page refreshes in Portuguese.
The platform's text, dates and calendars switch to Portuguese, and your choice is kept the next time you sign in.
Improvements and Fixes
Partners
- Requesting a new account works again. Partner users no longer get an error when sending a request for a new account.
- The NEW ACCOUNT button is in one language. On the partner dashboard, the NEW ACCOUNT button no longer mixes languages (for example, Italian and Russian).
Dashboards
- Carbon footprint goals save correctly. Only the Goal option you select is saved. Values typed into other options are no longer kept.
- Clearer "Meters & Sensors data" message. When you create a new Meters & Sensors data widget, the first message no longer looks like an error before you've chosen a meter.
- Summary shows everything. With all options turned on, the Summary widget's Deployed devices row is no longer cut off.
- Weather widget text is aligned. The Weather widget's text is no longer pushed to the right.
- "Show trend" only where it applies. In the Top consumers widget, Show trend is turned off for the Power chart type, since trends apply only to energy.
- Neater widget settings. In the Top consumers and Carbon footprint widget settings, the period menu no longer scrolls sideways when Last 30 days is shown, and dates on the widget are easier to read.
- Full screen shows the whole dashboard. Opening a dashboard in full screen now closes the Dashboards list panel, so it no longer covers widgets.
TimeView
- Readable preset tooltip. The tooltip on Save changes into this preset shows plain text instead of code.
