1. Panoramic Power LTD and your personal information
The protection of personal information is important to us. We respect your privacy and want you to understand what we do with the personal information we hold about you.
This privacy notice explains how we collect, share and use personal information when you access or use our platform and related data services and products, including when you create or use an account.
For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, please see the following definitions:
“Data Services” means the online functionality or any part of it on the platform provided by Panoramic in relation to the Products as accessed through the Panoramic hosted servers by means of service user interface or designated application programmable interface (API) or any data services, reports and/or insights specifically provided (where applicable, for additional fee) by Panoramic to the Customer under any agreement.
“Products” means any and all of Panoramic Power’s products, as they may be from time to time.
2. Personal information we collect
We may collect the following types of personal information for the purposes of providing our services and products (including the platform, dashboard, analytics and Data Services and Products, as further described in our terms and conditions):
User identifiers and Contact details: information that allows us to identify and contact you, such as your name, email address and telephone number (and, where relevant, your job title and address associated with the relevant account).
Account details: when you access and use our services through our online interface or mobile app, you will be asked to register with us and create an account (alternatively, your details may have already been provided to us, so we can provide Data Services and Products to our corporate customers (for example, a reseller of our Data Services and Products, or a company who we provide our Data Services and Products to). Your account details include your email, password and your contact details.
How you use our Data Services and Products: we will collect information about the performance of our Data Services and Products including the Usage Data (as defined in our terms and conditions) and other information used to provide Data Services to you, and to enable us to provide Data Services and Products to our corporate customers.
Operational and service data (energy and electrical data): we collect and process data from the relevant electrical systems and sites in connection with providing the services, including device names, model numbers, set points, electricity tariff, electrical hierarchy, meter/usage information and other energy usage data. Such data does not, for the most part, constitute personal data.
Payment information: where applicable, bank account details and other information such as credit or debit card details and any other information you provide to make payment for the Data Services and/or Products purchased from us or through our online interface or mobile app. This will constitute personal data to the extent such information relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Delivery information: information relating to the delivery of our products to you.
Responses to surveys and market research: we keep records of any surveys and any other customer market research you respond to.
Communications data: When you share comments and opinions with us, ask us questions or make a complaint we will keep a record of such communication. This includes when you send us emails or phone our support team. We may also keep records of service communications and marketing communications we send to you (including email and SMS) and related delivery and engagement information (for example, whether a message was delivered, opened or clicked), including where communications are sent via third-party tools.
How you use the platform and applications (usage analytics and diagnostics): when you access our Data Services , we collect information about the pages and screens you look at and how you use them, including analytics data as further explained in our terms and conditions. This may include technical and usage data, such as your IP address, device, browser type, operating system, language and local settings, session identifiers, and information about the URLs of pages you visit whilst using the Data Services. We also collect diagnostics data to help us operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Data Services and related services, such as logs and records of system activity, bug reports, error reports, crash reports and performance data (to the extent such data relates to an identified or identifiable natural person). Location information: your smartphone or computer's IP address may tell us an approximate location when you connect to our services but this will be no more precise than the city, state or country you are using your device in.
AI chat interactions and related data: where you elect to opt in to use our AI chat feature, we collect, use, and otherwise process your prompts, questions, chat history, the responses generated for you, and the relevant account, usage, operational, and service data as may be necessary to respond to your inquiries and to provide, maintain, secure, support, and troubleshoot the feature.
You are not required to provide any of the personal information described above to us, however, if you do not do so, you may not be able to use our services or the functionality of our Data Services and Products may be reduced.

We process some of your personal information because we have a legitimate interest to improve the services we provide to you or to identify new services you might be interested in, including:
GDPR lawful bases and controller/processor roles. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information as a controller based on one or more of the following lawful bases (as applicable): (i) performance of a contract and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; (ii) compliance with a legal obligation; (iii) our legitimate interests (for example, operating, securing, improving and promoting our services and website, preventing fraud and misuse, and maintaining network and information security) where those interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms; and (iv) your consent (which you can withdraw at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Where we process personal information on behalf of a customer as a processor/service provider, the customer is responsible for determining the lawful basis for processing and for providing any required notices to data subjects, and we process the personal information in accordance with the customer’s documented instructions and applicable law.

We may anonymise, de-personalise and aggregate any of the personal information we hold (so that it does not directly identify you). We may use anonymised, de-personalised and aggregated information for purposes that include testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving our site, apps and developing new products and services.
AI and machine learning (pilot and future development). We may use customer/site data (including operational and service data and platform usage data) to develop, test and run machine learning and AI models (including during pilot phases) to generate insights, benchmarking and recommendations and to improve and develop our Products and Data Services. Where feasible, we will use aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data for these purposes. Where personal information is used, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and implement appropriate safeguards. This paragraph relates to product improvement and development activities and does not expand the purposes for which we use identifiable data submitted through the separate opt-in AI chat feature described above.
4. Sources we collect your personal information from
We will collect personal information from a number of sources. These include the following:
Directly from you: when you create, manage or amend your account with us, use our Data Services and the Products, purchase other products or services from us, complete forms we provide to you, make a complaint, contact us by phone, email or communicate with us directly in some other way.
Our Products and platform: provide us with information about how you use them in connection with our Data Services.
Other companies/service providers we work with
FullStory Session Recordings (Full Story, Inc)
Our service uses the FullStory web analytics service. FullStory may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity as well as text you type in this website. FullStory does not track your browsing habits across web sites and we use the data collected in order to improve our services. FullStory may use limited information regarding your use of our service for their own purposes. FullStory data is generally only retained for a period of three months.

Zendesk Customer service software and support ticketing system (Zendesk, Inc.) Our service uses the Zendesk customer service and support software to improve our customer support experience. Data sent to Zendesk includes your email, account details (such as account name and site name) and the content of support requests or tickets, which may include names and other information you choose to provide. This customer service and support software helps us resolve support-related issues and provide support-related services to our customers.
Coralogix log analytics (Coralogix Ltd.)
Our service uses the Coralogix log analytics platform to improve our backend server monitoring. Part of the system logs may contain your user identifier (email). This log analysis tool helps us provide better monitoring and up time for our back-end systems.
MailChimp - marketing communications management and delivery
We may use MailChimp to manage and send marketing communications and, where applicable, certain customer communications. Data processed may include your name, email address and engagement data (for example, opens and clicks).
Additional analytics, diagnostics and product-enablement providers: we may use providers such as Sentry (error/crash reporting), Userflow (in-app onboarding and guidance), LaunchDarkly (feature flags and experimentation), Firebase (mobile messaging and analytics) and Expo (mobile app delivery, updates and push notification services). These providers may process technical and usage data, device and browser information, identifiers, account information (such as user ID, username and email where relevant), logs, push tokens and performance metrics to provide these services.

Panoramic may, at its own discretion, change the companies/service providers at any time.
5. Who we share your personal information with
Data Controller and Data Processor - important information. Depending on how you interact with us, Panoramic Power may act as a “controller” (for example, where you visit our website, create an account, or contact us directly) or a “processor” (or “service provider”) on behalf of our business customers (for example, where our business customers provide us with third-party contact details for use in connection with the services and products). In such cases, our business customers are responsible for providing any required notices and for establishing a lawful basis to share such information with us, and we will process such information on their behalf and in accordance with their documented instructions and applicable law.

Any party approved by you, or to whom we provide services that are used by you (for example, your employer and/or the provider of Products that you use).
Delivery companies: to deliver products that you have ordered from us.
Other service providers and advisors: such as companies that support our IT, help us analyse the data we hold, process payments, send communications to our customers, provide us with legal or financial advice and generally help us deliver our services to you.
Purchasers of our business: buyers or prospective buyers who we sell or negotiate to sell our business or assets to.
The Government or our regulators: where we are required to do so by law or to assist with their investigations.
Police and law enforcement: to assist with the investigation and prevention of crime or where we believe there to be a potential threat to the physical safety of a person or property.
We do not disclose personal information to anyone else except as set out above. We may provide third parties (including other users of our services) with aggregate statistical information and analytics about users of our products and services but we will make sure no one can be identified from this information before we disclose it.
6. Direct Marketing
Email, post and SMS marketing: from time to time, we may contact you by email, post or SMS with information about products and services we believe you may be interested in (including via third-party marketing communications tools such as MailChimp, where used). We will always communicate to you in advance of inclusion in marketing activity and give an opportunity to object to such processing. You can also unsubscribe anytime from our marketing by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the marketing messages we send you.
7. Transferring your personal information internationally
The personal information we collect may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the European Union including the United States of America. Some of these jurisdictions require different levels of protection in respect of personal information and, in certain instances, the laws in those countries may be less protective than the jurisdiction you are typically reside in. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is only used in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable European data protection laws and is respected and kept secure. Panoramic Power LTD is incorporated in Israel, a country which the European Commission has found to have appropriate and adequate levels of data protection. Where data is stored. Our platform and related data are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States.
International transfers - GDPR required safeguards. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies and we transfer personal information to recipients outside the EEA/UK that are not subject to an adequacy decision, we will implement appropriate safeguards as required by Article 46 GDPR/UK GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or UK International Data Transfer Agreement), and we will take additional measures as required by applicable law. You may request a copy of the relevant transfer safeguards by contacting us using the details in the “Contacting us” section below.
8. How long do we keep personal information for
We will keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us, or for as long as an account is kept with us on your behalf (for example, in respect of Products that you use). After you close your account with us, or after an account opened on your behalf is closed, we will keep your personal information for a limited period as necessary to maintain our records, comply with applicable law, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where we process personal information on behalf of a business customer as a processor/service provider, we retain such personal information for the duration of the applicable customer relationship and thereafter as instructed by the customer and/or as required by applicable law. 9. Your rights in relation to your personal information
You have the following rights in relation to your personal information (subject to applicable law):
the right to be informed about how your personal information is being used;
the right to access the personal information we hold about you;
the right to opt-out of receiving direct marketing messages;
the right to request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated personal information we hold about you;
the right to request that we delete your personal information or stop, or restrict, our use of it, where the processing does not comply with applicable data protection laws;
the right to request that we port elements of your data either to you or another service provider.
To exercise any of the above rights, or if you have any questions relating to your rights, please contact us by using the details set out in the "Contacting us" section below. If you are unhappy with the way we are using your personal information, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection regulator. We are here to help and encourage you to contact us to resolve your complaint first.
EEA/UK/Swiss residents - additional information. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to object to processing (including where we rely on legitimate interests), the right to restrict processing, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Additional rights for certain U.S. residents (including California residents). If you are a California resident, you may have the right (subject to applicable law) to request that we: (i) disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share (as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”)); (ii) correct inaccurate personal information; (iii) delete personal information; and (iv) not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise your rights by contacting us using the details in the “Contacting us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. Where we act as a service provider/processor on behalf of a business customer, you should direct your request to that customer.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. When we change this notice in a material way, we will update the version date at the bottom of this page. For significant changes to this notice we will try to give you reasonable notice unless we are prevented from doing so. Where required by law we will seek your consent to changes in the way we use your personal information. For the platform, we may also require users to actively accept updated Terms and/or this privacy notice on next login (or via an in-product notice) before continuing to use the platform.
